# Generating an attribute schema diagram from data e.g. with graphviz

Does any know of a good way to generate a diagram like the following from data e.g. using GraphViz? I’ve taken a quick look at [rhizome](https://github.com/ztellman/rhizome) which is very flexible but I don’t think it would do it without modification? Looks like the [original diagram was made in Omnigraffle](https://clojurians-log-internal.clojureverse.org/datomic/2019-10-23) 🙂

You might want to have a look at [loom](https://github.com/aysylu/loom).  
I’ve used it to generate some fancy-ish graphs, but these nodes might be a bit too complex.  
You could also try generating [PlantUML](https://plantuml.com) markup based on your data.
