    (string/starts-with? s2 "/")

    (not (string/ends-with? s1 "/"))
      (-> (string/split s1 #"[\\/]")
          butlast
          (#(string/join "/" %))
          (str , "/")
          (path-combine , s2)) 
    :else  
      (-> (string/join "/" [s1 s2])
          (string/replace , #"[\\/]+" "/"))))
