# Visual-tools meeting 13 - interactive data visualizatioon: Shiny, Clojurescript Bayesian animations

On Oct 14th we had the 13th meeting of the [visual-tools group](https://scicloj.github.io/docs/community/groups/visual-tools/), a group for collaborations across different Clojure projects for literate programming and data visualization.

In this meeting, we had two presentations about interactive data visualizations.

## Agenda

- @adham gave an overview of the [Shiny](https://shiny.rstudio.com/) R package for interactive data visualizations, demonstrated through a geospatial analysis use case.

- @jamiepratt presented the use of Clojurescript for [interactive animations](https://jointprob.github.io/jointprob-shadow-cljs/) of Bayesian inference, a project done in the [Jointprob](https://scicloj.github.io/docs/community/groups/jointprob/) study community.

- Following the presentations, we also had a discussion of the current Clojure data visualization ecosystem
