Hello, and sorry for the of-topic. I think this is the right section for this kind of questions, if not please let me know.  
The UI of this forum is fantastic, and the best part is that it works very well on mobile. This made me curious about which forum software is this based on ? I think it is discourse, but I just want official confirmation.
