I’m a human from the Earth, as some humans call it.

I’m around 13.9 Billion years old (in earth years).

I’ve been working as a software dev in New York City for the past ten years or so.

I found Clojure sometime around 2014 via ClojureScript.
After a year really trying to learn ember.js to build ambitiious browser apps I
became so frustrated with its complexity that I started looking for other solutions.
I found react.js and heard about ClojureScript using react.js with the promise that you could build anything within the limits of your mind and imagination instead of the limits of shared mutable state.

I spent some years on and off with Clojure and ClojureScript, and recently have gone more dliberately back into the clj world. I’m looking to make ambitious applications with my guiding philosophy being the Alan Kay quote:
