Cannot figure out how to comment on JIRA

I’m trying to add a comment to an issue on the Clojure JIRA (specifically TDEPS-93), but cannot figure out how to add a comment. Anybody else having the same problem? I wonder if my account is not enabled to add comments (even though I have in the past).

Because of the number of spammers on JIRA, comments now require permission from the core team. Jump on Slack and go into the #clojure-dev channel there and Alex Miller or someone else will grant you permission to comment. Hopefully, this will be less of a problem on the new JIRA system Clojure is being migrated to very shortly.
