Deedster is looking for a Backend Developer to work on our sustainability engagement platform.
Our backend is primarily Clojure with some Java/Kotlin. We run on Google Cloud Datastore/App Engine/Cloud Run. We utilize a number of open-source projects, including reitit, ring, spec. to name a few.
We are looking to further integrate with banks(PSD2) to provide our carbon emission calculator on a purchase level, improve our content management process, improve and extend our lifestyle calculator to rely on larger/better sources, be more relevant to the user with our ML recommedation engine, infrastructure improvements, the opportunities for contribution are plenty!
