Gradle-clojure is now clojurephant

The Gradle plugin for Clojure/ClojureScript has been renamed from gradle-clojure to clojurephant. (Initiated by some unfortunate issues publishing to Gradle’s pluign portal) The Gradlephant is the Gradle logo/mascot, thus clojurephant is now the way to build Clojure/ClojureScript projects in Gradle.

This coincides with the 0.5.0-alpha.5 release which notably fixes the clj-new templates noted in our documentation.
