How should Paredit movement in an unbalanced universe work?

I ran into some behaviour in Calva Paredit that I am not totally satisfied with, regarding how to move in and around unbalanced forms. But also, I am not fully aware of what behaviour would be to my, or anyone else’s, liking. Therefore, I am trying to start a discussion, sourcing the knowledge of you all smart and knowledgeable people.
