On July 2nd we had the 9th meeting of the visual-tools group, a group for collaborations across different Clojure projects for literate programming and data visualization.
This was a monthly meeting moderated by @kiramclean, with various updates on ongoing projects.
Notes
- @Markus_Agwin will presented some new features of clj-tiles, demonstrated in the first chapter of the FDG book live here.
- @victorb shared a walk-through and demonstration of Obsidian Wielder, and discussed potential use cases.
- @interstar talked about Cardigan Bay (see this recent post), the motivations behind it, its goals, and demonstrated its current state.
- @jacobobryant gave a demo of Platypub, and briefly discussed the motivations behind the project.
Then, we had a discussion (mostly unrecorded this time).
